What is co-curricular?
Co-curricular refers to activities that complement the academic curriculum but are not part of the formal academic program. These activities are ungraded and do not allow for academic credit to be earned. These activities typically take place outside of the traditional classroom setting and are designed to enhance students’ overall learning and personal development.
Why are co-curricular activities important?
CCA activities are important for students. They can enhance a student’s academic performance and development. These activities can help students to build several important life skills in areas such as leadership, organization, confidence, stress relief and relaxation, and also social skills.
