80 Years of Freedom, One MIS Family
MIS recently came together to celebrate a very special moment — the 80th Anniversary of Indonesia’s Independence Day. The day began with a meaningful flag raising ceremony led by our students and teachers, a proud reminder of unity and patriotism.
In the evening, after the Back to School presentations for parents, the fun continued with an Indonesian Games Night. Laughter filled the air as students, parents, and teachers joined in traditional games that brought out both playful competition and joyful teamwork.
We ended the celebration by sharing delicious Indonesian dishes, lovingly prepared by our MIS staff. This warm meal was the perfect way to close a day filled with togetherness.
It was more than just a celebration — it was a beautiful start to the school year, giving new and returning families the chance to connect, build friendships, and strengthen our MIS community.
As we honor Indonesia’s 80th Independence Day, we send our heartfelt wishes:
United, Sovereign, Prosperous People, Advanced Indonesia — Bersatu Berdaulat Rakyat Sejahtera Indonesia Maju!
